DOTD announces road closure in St. Landry Parish

La. 358 (Chachere Road) from La. 357 to La. 182 (0.05 miles east of La. 357 and La. 358) in St. Landry Parish will be closed to vehicular traffic beginning at 6 a.m. Thursday until 6 p.m. Saturday, weather permitting.
The closure is necessary to install new drainage structures across the roadway.
The detour for eastbound traffic will be La. 357 south to La. 178, east to La. 182 and north to La. 358.
The detour for westbound traffic will be La. 182 south to La. 178, west to La. 357, and north to La. 358.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area.
