The Eunice Community Health Center (ECHC) held a Sausage Po Boy fundraiser Wednesday at the VFW Bobcat Hall on Bobcat Drive. The lunch sale included a sausage on a bun, BBQ sauce in a cup, chips and water for a donation of $8.
All proceeds went to benefit the clinic. Glynn Michaud, pharmacist at the clinic and Augie’s Maple Avenue Pharmacy, said there were 1,000 tickets sold.
