The request for $350,000 in state funding to renovate the Eunice Library has escaped Gov. John Bel Edwards’ veto pen.
Edwards released his list of vetoes on Friday and they included items in the state Capital Outlay Bill.
While the Eunice Library was not vetoed, it was on the list as Priority 5. Those projects are eligible for a non-cash line of credit.
