Eunice Manor is ranked as one of the top five nursing homes in Louisiana and on Tuesday Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser stopped there to recognize the facility.
“Every day people like this young lady who has a love and passion like I’ve never seen for making sure these people have a good life,” he said of Nickie Toups, administrator.
