Moody after one year as mayor: I’m loving it. Dies says much done, much still on agenda. Reflecting on his first year in office, Eunice Mayor Claud “Rusty” Moody said he has the best job ever. When Ronald Dies campaigned for chief of police, he promised to improve the department and correct deficiencies, restoring the public’s trust in local law enforcement.
