The Louisiana Travel Association (LTA) celebrated the graduation of Herman Fuselier, executive director of the St. Landry Parish Tourist Commission, from the Louisiana Tourism Leadership Academy (LTLA) at the association’s 2023 Annual Meeting in New Orleans.
