Guillory Oil President Michael A. Guillory has been named to the JD Bancshares Board of Directors.
Donald, Jr., chairman of the Board of Directors of JD Bancshares Inc., announced the appointment in a news release. The appointment was effective Dec. 19, 2023.
Guillory will serve on the boards of both JD Bancshares, Inc. and JD Bank.
