    Former Eunice Mayor Lynn Lejeune won the interim District 13 St. Landry Parish Council seat on a 7-4 vote at Wednesday’s meeting. Lejeune and Darrell Huckaby, an Army retiree and reserve Eunice Police officer, were in the running for the position vacated by Coby Clavier.
