The trio displayed “seed balls,” a recycling/beautification project. Taking newspaper and water to make a pulp, then forming it into a ball, then rolling it into plant seeds. The ball can then be planted. This teaches recycling and gardening. Keep Eunice Beautiful will have its Love the Boot clean-up event Saturday. Volunteers can register at City Hall from 8:30 to 9 a.m., receive supplies and a t-shirt, then go out from 9 to 11 a.m. to pick up trash or refurbish gardens. At 11 or 11:30 a.m. volunteers are asked to bring trash back to dispose of properly and be part of a group picture at City Hall. (Submitted photo)
