A 5-mill, 10-year property tax for street maintenance is for renewal in an election scheduled Dec. 11.
Through Tuesday, 64 people have cast early votes — 42 in person — in the tax election. Early voting began Nov. 27 and ends Saturday.
“If you like seeing roads overlaid in Eunice, this is critical to keep that going,” said Mayor Scott Fontenot.
