Cultural Center will have Pysanky Eggs
Nicole Holcombe will be at the Prairie Acadian Cultural Center in Eunice to do a class on Pysanky Eggs from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday. The first 20 participants over the age of 8 will be accepted.
At 1 p.m. she and her husband, Dr. David Holcombe, will demonstrate and teach traditional Czech dancing.
The usual programs will continue for the rest of the day with Bubba Hebert, the great-grandson of Iry Lejeune, leading a three-piece traditional Cajun French band at 2:45 p.m., and a traditional Cajun dish demonstration at 4 p.m.

French Table in Opelousas
The French Table at Le Vieux Village will be held from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. March 27 in the Whiteville School House at Le Vieux Village which is located at 828 E. Landry St.t in Opelousas.
Grab a cup of coffee and share conversation and fun with other French speakers—all dialects welcome.
The French Table happens every last Wednesday of the month at Le Vieux Village.

Coupons for seniors at Farmers’ Market
Beginning in May, senior citizens will be able to use coupons from the Louisiana Department of Agriculture to purchase fresh produce and honey from the Eunice Farmers’ Market. To get the free coupons, seniors must file an application with the Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program. These applications are available through the Council on Aging. Vendors who wish to be certified to participate in this program should call Sanford Wood at 337-457-0607.
Fried fish dinners at St. Mathilda Friday
St. Mathilda Catholic Church will have fried fish dinners for sals from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Friday. Pickup is at the Bishop Ceasar Center.

Acadian Cultural Center host Ransom
The Acadian Cultural Center hosts “Debris Art,” an exhibit by Grand Coteau artist Trish Ransom, through March 27.

Symphony presents Spring Concert
The Eunice Symphony will host “L’Orchestre de l’Amour at 6 p.m. April 14 at the Liberty Theater.
Doors open at 5 p.m. with a performance at 6 p.m. Featured will be an Elvis impersonator and ballet dancers.

Rendez-Vous De Cajuns at Liberty
The Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler Au Rendez-Vous De Cajuns is scheduled at the Liberty every from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday with live entertainment.

Free child car seat installation
Free installation of child car safety seats is being offered from 4 to 6 p.m. every Monday at Word Ministries, 1960 W. Laurel Ave., Eunice.
The seats will be installed by a nationally certified technicians.
VFW bingo held Thursdays, Sundays
The VFW Post 8971 holds bingo for the public at 7 p.m. every Thursday and Sunday at the VFW Hall located on U.S. 190 East. All proceeds from Bingo games goes back to the community.
