Richard LeBouef, executive director of the St. Landry Parish Solid Waste Commission, was at the Eunice Board of Aldermen meeting to talk about bulk waste removal.
But he ended up talking about the city going from twice a week trash collection to once a week pickup in October.
Waste Connections will be replaced by Bayou State and Waste, which will deploy new containers, he said.
