Declaratory judgment to be sought on charter
The St. Landry Parish Council voted unanimously to investigate employee terminations by Parish President Jessie Bellard, who announced during the meeting that arrests warrants were being executed on two former employees.
One of those warrants was served to a former employee seated at the meeting.
