The St. Landry Parish Council in a special meeting amended an ordinance that allows Acadian Medical Center to participate in a program that enhances Medicaid payments.
St. Landry Parish President Jessie Bellard said the Council was being asked to amend an ordinance passed in 2020 due to a change in law.
