Year-to-date sales tax collections in St. Landry Parish continue to outpace those of a year ago, according to a monthly report released by the St. Landry Parish School Board sales tax division.
Total sales tax collections in the parish through May were $35,531,552, up $4,827,391 or 15.7% over the same period in 2020.
