La. 35 (Church Point Hwy) from La. 98 (White Oak Highway) to La. 365 (Branch Highway) will have phased roadway closures to vehicular traffic beginning at 6 a.m. Sept. 11 until 6 p.m. Nov.30, weather permitting, according to a news release from the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
