The details of the Eunice Rotary Club’s downtown celebration of its 100th year are taking shape.
The focus of the Sept. 14 event will be on the club’s project to build a curved wall with a bench around the Eunice Pharr Duson statue at 2nd Street and Park Avenue.
The celebration is planned from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with the main ceremony at 1 p.m.
