The Christmas stipend for non-certified St. Landry Parish public school employees will increase from $750 to $1,000 this year.
The Board approved that raise at its Thursday meeting.
The stipend adds to $3,600 given to all employees recently from the federally-funded ESSER (Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund).
