The St. Landry Parish School Board seemed to have decided on building elementary schools in Opelousas and Eunice if a tax proposition passes.
Lyn Henley, a representative from Volkert Inc., said at committee meeting Monday the Board decided last week that the most viable plan was to focus on Opelousas and Eunice zones.
