A 40% voter turnout is forecast for the March 26 election that includes three St. Landry Parish School Board tax propositions.
Cheryl Milburn, registrar of voters, made the voter turnout prediction based on early voting, which totaled 2,424 at the end of voting on Thursday. About 154 of those votes were cast at the Eunice City Hall voting site, she said.
