David Allen, chief of staff for State Sen. Heather Cloud, was the guest speaker Wednesday at the Eunice Rotary Club meeting. Allen brought along with him Faith Kelly, an assistant to Cloud.
Allen was the special guest of Rotarian Dwight Jodon.
Allen said he is pleased to serve St. Landry Parish in Cloud’s District 28.
Allen is originally from Georgia and has worked in politics for 15 years....
