Guests of St. Landry Parish Deputy Chief Eddie Thibodeaux, Sgt. Eric Reed and Sgt. Karen Frilot of the sex offender division talked to the Rotarians. There are 190 active registered sex offenders in St. Landry Parish. Both Reed and Frilot together have 15 years of law enforcement experience in the parish.
