Parish president dismisses litany of complaints and says facility is an entertainment venue
St. Landry Parish President Jessie Bellard’s management of the Agricultural Arena came under fire at a Wednesday Parish Council meeting from Arena Authority President Frank “Buddy” Helton Jr.
