St. Landry Parish economic developer Bill Rodier says to start taking photos now along Interstate 49 south of Opelousas because change is coming quick.
That was one of Rodier’s message when called upon to speak at the Feb. 7 State of the Parish meeting at the Delta Grand Theatre in Opelousas.
“You are going to see change right before your eyes,” he said of the I-49 corridor.
