The World Championship Crawfish Etouffee Cook-Off will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 26 at the Northwest Community Center pavilion in Eunice.
There will be many cooking booths with their own chefs cooking their favorite crawfish etouffee and offering the public samples. Winners from Amateur, Clubs/Organizations, and Professional division will be named at 3:30 p.m.
