Curfew, burn ban issued in t. Landry Parish

St. Landry Parish has issued a parish-wide curfew beginning Wednesday 26 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., and again on Thursday from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
The curfew applies to pedestrian and vehicular traffic except essential emergency vehicles and personnel. It does not apply to anyone going to or from their place of employment for purposes of work or any other critical or essential business activity. The curfew includes all municipalities in the parish.
 Parish president Jessie Bellard has also issued a burn ban in the parish starting Wednesday until all power is restored in the parish.
