“Daddy’s Dyin’ Who’s Got The Will” opened Wednesday to an audience full of laughter and if you missed it, there are still more performances to catch.
Directed by Jimmy Broussard, the two-act comedy written by Del Shores tells the story of the rebirth of the spirit of the family unit as the Turnover family gathers together to await the imminent death of their patriarch. It’s filled with funny moments, tender moments, and tense moments, all of which lead to an evening of enjoyment.
The play continues at Eunice Players’ Theatre. 121 S. 2nd St., March 28-30, and April 3-5, with performances at 7 p.m, and April 7 at 2 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased at Beaucoup, 114 S. 2nd St., or by calling 337-550-4727 to charge by phone. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for advance sales but not at the door. All seats are $15. Season ticket holders should call the phone number on their season ticket to make reservations. Season tickets are still available for purchase and can be used toward this play.
