CHURCH POINT — An area man has been arrested on cruelty to a juvenile charges in connection to a Monday, Sept. 29 incident.
Sidney Patterson James Berard, 48, of Church Point, was arrested by the Church Point Police Department on charges of cruelty to a juvenile (felony) (two counts) and a charge of criminal damage to property (felony) Berard’s bond was set at $6,000 on all charges.
