The Eunice Police Department has made an arrest in a rape case that occurred on Thursday, Oct. 9.
On Oct. 28, the EPD arrested Cody Jerard White, 43, of Eunice, on a warrant for second degree rape, violation of a protective order, and home invasion.
White was set to be transferred to the St. Landry Parish Correctional Center at a later date.
