The Bayou Animal Rescue Krewe of Lake Charles mobile unit was parked at the Northwest Community Center pavilion Tuesday morning to provide free clinical services for ferals (cats with no owners or strays). Dr. Joe Stark performed vaccinations and other preventive small surgeries on the furry ferals.
