The 39th Annual Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off will be held from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Saturday, March 28 at the Northwest Pavilion.
The bands featured will include Cajun Fire, Leroy Thomas & The Zydeco Roadrunners and Swampland Revival.
Free parking, free admission.
There will be a Cook-Off After Party with Jamie Bergeron & the Kickin Cajuns from 8 p.m. until 11 p.m. at the LakeView Park Barn.
