Early voting continues Monday

Early voting for the July 11 election continues Monday in Eunice and Opelousas.
Cheryl Milburn, St. Landry Parish registrar of voters, said said social distancing will be in place for the voting. Masks are recommended, but not required to vote.
The Presidential Preference Primary is on the ballot. Only Democrats and Republicans can cast a vote for the Presidential Preference Primary.
Grand Coteau voters will decide on a millage proposition.
Early voting continues through July 4.
Hours for voting are 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Voting locations are:
— Registrar of Voters Office, Suite 114, 118 N. Court St., Opelousas; and
— Eunice City Hall, 300 S. 2nd St., Eunice.
