Eunice Rotary Club Community Outreach made a $4,000 addition to the club’s LSU Eunice Scholarship Fund at the Wednesday meeting. Proceeds from four years of the Experience Louisiana Festival, along with matching funds from the Louisiana Board of Regents, has resulted in an endowed scholarship with a balance exceeding $27,000. The club is sincerely grateful for the support of businesses and individuals in Eunice and the region for sponsoring the festival, as well as the thousands of you who attended and supported the festival, a news release stated.
