Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Louisiana Bureau of Investigation agents have arrested an Opelousas man for 38 counts of child sexual abuse materials under the age of 13.
Jeremy Paul Richard, 30, of Homer Richard Road in Opelousas, was arrested on March 5 on charges of child sexual abuse materials under the age of 13.
