Local Chamber leaders Thibodeaux, Manuel named to state chamber leadership

The Louisiana Chamber of Commerce Executives (LACCE) has installed its 2020 board of directors and president, Sandra Lindquist, executive vice president & COO of the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce.
Amy Thibodeaux, president and CEO of the Acadia Parish Chamber of Commerce, was installed as incoming president.
“It is a sincere honor to have been elected by my peers across the state of Louisiana as the president-elect of our Chamber Executives Association,” Thibodeaux said. “Growing our profession and helping other Chambers succeed through our association matters a great deal to me.
“I look forward to the next year and the many exciting opportunities it holds.”
LACCE and its board members represent chambers of commerce from all areas of the state. The organization is the only statewide association formed for the advancement of local chambers, chamber executives and staff.
The Association holds an annual conference each fall to update chambers across the state on industry trends, business issues, and operations stability.
LACCE membership includes over 50 chambers of commerce in Louisiana, representing over 10,000 businesses and over 100,000 employees.
In addition to Lindquist and Thibodeaux, Lisa Johnson of the Bossier Chamber of Commerce will serve as treasurer and Paula Ramsey, Chamber SWLA, is the immediate past president.

Jamie Hanks, West Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce
— Emilia Gilbert Henry, Baton Rouge Area Chamber;
— Laura Lyles, Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce
— Dr. Timothy J. Magner, Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce;
— Raquella Manuel, St. Landry Chamber of Commerce;
— Chassity McComack, River Region Chamber of Commerce; and
— Todd Murphy, Jefferson Chamber of Commerce.
