Looks a lot like spring is arriving

Windy weather blew a coating of tulip tree flower petals and red camellia blossoms on the ground creating a colorful pattern. While temperatures are forecast to drop into the 60s on Monday, the weather has taken a decided turn to spring-like conditions. Spring officially starts on March 1. (Photo by Harlan Kirgan)
