St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz announced a new Tax and Civil Building, 1618 E. Prudhomme St., Opelousas, will be fully operational and open to the public at 8:30 a.m. Monday. A grand opening ceremony will be held at a later date to be announced. There will be staff at the courthouse to redirect citizens to the new location. (Submitted photo)
