Family Safety House at East Elementary. The Eunice Fire Department’s new Family Safety House was parked at East Elementary Wednesday. Sam Andrus, Cal Landry, Manny Sandoval and Anna D. Godchaux were on hand inside the simulated fire house trailer in order to give East Elementary students hands-on and first-hand information on fire safety. Kaitlyn Edwards, a kindergartener at East Elementary, escapes smoke with help from Manny Sandoval, fire fighter, from a simulated bedroom window during a fire safety drill in the Family Safety House.
Ne“Moonlight and Magnolias” starts Saturday. “Moonlight and Magnolias” a two-act comedy opens Saturday at the Players’ Theatre.
