The Richard Volunteer Fire Department’s 31st annual benefit will be held from 5 p.m. to midnight Saturday at the station, 1740 Charlene Hwy, Church Point.
Live music will be provided by Ronnie Matthews & Throw down and Horace Trahan & the Ossun Express. De Dancin DJ’s Dance I Said will also provide music.
There will be a live auction and a raffle for a KBON cruiseship Vision of the Seas. The cruise sails Nov. 30 though Dec. 4. Raffle tickets are $10. The drawing will be held at the KBON Festival on Oct. 8.
Barbecue hamburgers will be sold for $2, as well as cold drinks and cold beer. Anyone wanting to donate is asked to call 337-288-7231.
