Shooting Saturday evening leaves one injured

One person is injured following a shooting at a business in Eunice Saturday evening.
According to Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot, “The shooting happened in the parking lot of Kim’s Market on E. Laurel. Officers responded to the shooting at 8:27 p.m.
Fontenot added, “A male victim was taken to the hospital and his injuries appear not to be life-threatening.”
No arrests have been made. The investigation is on going.
