The 10th annual Taster’s Choice is set for 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at LSUE Acadian Center.
The event is a cooking competition and is a major fundraiser for the Eunice Community Health Center. The event benefits the clinic.
The center in Eunice provides under-insured and no-insured prescriptions.
The clinic is located at 450 Moosa Blvd. Suite E in Eunice.
Tickets for the event are $25 and one can taste a wide variety of foods and desserts.
Geno Delafose will provide Cajun Zydeco entertainment.
There will also be a silent and live auction.
Yancy Fontenot, executive director at the clinic said, “Some of the cooking teams already booked are Coushatta, Zeus and some others. Close to 30 are signed up. There will be lots of different Cajun cooks.”
There will be different food categories, including general entree, seafood, wild game and dessert.

The entry fee is $25 for a booth.
