Three days left for early voting

St. Landry Parish voters have three more days of early voting, which ends Saturday.
At the end of voting Tuesday, 1,675 votes had been cast in St. Landry Parish. Of those votes, 483 were in person and 1,192 were absentee, according to the Secretary of State’s website.
The Presidential Preference Primary is on the ballot. Only Democrats and Republicans can cast a vote for the Presidential Preference Primary.
Grand Coteau voters will decide on a millage proposition for fire protection.
Hours for voting are 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Saturday.
Voting locations are:
— Registrar of Voters Office, Suite 114, 118 N. Court St., Opelousas; and
— Eunice City Hall, 300 S. 2nd St., Eunice.
Statewide 133,955 votes had been cast at the end of voting Tuesday. Of the votes, 65,961 were cast absentee.
