The victim, a 21-year old male, was riding a bicycle east bound on E. Maple Avenue. A vehicle pulled up beside him and, according to witnesses, 7 to 10 shots rang out from the vehicle. The victim has been identified as De’Omaante K. “D Gotti” Frank of Eunice.
