Dorothy Jane Broussard Francois passed away on Friday, November 5, 2021 at the age of 84. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church with Father Clinton Sensat officiating. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery.

Bulb & Blossom meeting set Nov. 8
The Eunice Bulb and Blossom Garden Club will have its meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8 in the home of Barbara Wells. The topic is “Oaks for your Garden” and members are asked to bring leaves and acorns from their Oak trees.
Election commissioners had a quiet time of it Monday afternoon as early voting was under way at the Eunice Municipal Complex. As of Tuesday only 76 people had cast ballots at the Eunice poll. Total early votes cast in St. Landry Parish were 1,213 at end of voting Tuesday. Items on ballot in St.
