Police: Love triangle provokes shooting

A man found in bed with another man’s girlfriend ended up wounded in a shooting, Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot stated in a news release. David Haworth, 33, of the 400 block of Acadia Street, Eunice, was booked on attempted manslaughter and aggravated assault with a firearm, he said.
