Did you know? School bomb threats are costly

Routinely our office investigates and arrests students for bomb threats made at local schools. In most cases, the bomb threats are written on the school’s wall. Law enforcement must and will always respond to any and all threats made towards the students, teachers, and schools.

Summer Head Start program to end

The summer Head Start program in St. Landry Parish will end because of low attendance. The St. Landry Parish School Board approved the program’s program application at its meeting Thursday.
