Earl “EJ” Joseph Fuselier passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at the age of 76. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Quirk & Son Chapel with Reverend Weston Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

Eunice Police respond to a vehicle-versus-bicyclist crash

A male bicyclist identified as John Sylvan Himel was struck by a vehicle Saturday on US Hwy. 190 west. Himel was transported to a Lafayette hospital for evaluation and treatment and as of Sunday Himel was discharged.
