Male mentors at Eunice Junior High School recognized at School Board meeting

Eunice Junior High School’s male mentors were recognized at the St. Landry Parish School Board meeting Thursday. Quitin Doyle and Chad Lemelle were honored by Superintendent Patrick Jenkins for their volunteer efforts at the school.

Tips sought in Eunice burglaries

Lt. James Bergeron of the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office is requesting help in solving multiple burglaries at a Eunice business. Best Marine located in the 200 block of Murphy Richard Loop was the victim of a burglary on Jan. 21.
