Barefoot Sunday at Unity Church of God There will be a Youth Ministry shoe drive, “Barefoot Sunday” from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday at Unity Church of God in Christ. The church is located at 1220 East Maple Avenue in Eunice. The public is invited to donate shoes.

Council hears about city’s summer programs for kids

There will be plenty of activities in Eunice this summer for kids. Louisiana Folk Roots will hold a summer Kids Camp at LSUE on July 21 to 25. And The Eunice Public Library plans summer programs. The summer activities for kids were explained at Tuesday’s city council meeting.
