Families looking for a chance to unplug, spend time together and enjoy the outdoors will have an opportunity to do just that on Saturday, June 6. Dads & Kids of Acadiana is hosting its annual “Reeling in Memories” Family Fishing Event at Eunice City Lake from 8 a.m. until noon. The free event will feature fishing contests, casting competitions, free food and drinks, and activities designed to bring children and their families together in a positive environment.
